We aim to inspire and empower individuals to achieve therapeutic goals and enhance life and relationships with loved ones. We work with individuals struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, body image, loneliness, sexual identity, stress, anger, interpersonal relationships, life transitions, spirituality, and addictions.
Marital satisfaction is founded on connectedness, security, and belonging. In couples therapy, we help couples enrich their relationship by cultivating hope, help them learn new skills, and overcome conflicts. Our services include pre-marital counselling, sex therapy, conflict resolution, building trust and commitment, managing finances, parenting, intimacy, in-laws communication. We also help the couple nurture love, respect, and admiration for one another to develop a meaningful marital life together.
In family therapy, we help cultivate a harmonious and healthy relationship among family members. We aim to support parents in parenting their children, and having children respond. We want to journey with adolescents and help them come to terms with their independence as well as their family identity.
We offer parenting workshops and group therapy; we assist families going through separation, loss, and grief; life transitions and changes for adolescents and young adults; support for single-parent and blended families; sibling conflict; abuse (violent, sexual, and emotional) and neglect; and families dealing with mental health, addictions, and special educational needs (ADHD, learning disabilities, autistic, and gifted).
